While on the Ulfar questline for night fae it appears to be impossible to pick up callings (Training our Forces) from Herne. While in the heart of the forest I can see the Blue quest indicator but when I go outside Herne is not wandering around like usual and he won’t offer the calling quest.
Seems to be a problem during “Report to Lord Herne”, “Ulfar’s Guidance”, “Kivarr the Thornspeaker” and “Kivarr’s Den”.
Very frustrating.
edit: I also tried dropping the quest (at multiple stages) and reloading and Herne was still not patting about offering the calling quest. He was located near the test dummies and would only offer the campaign story quest.
