Hoping for some help here. I have completed the main story line, access to world quests, received my cloak…But can’t phase dive, am I bugged or missing something? Thank you.

Obvious question…are you going to one of the entry points and clicking on it?
If so, does nothing happen at all or are you getting some kind of error?
yes, when on a pod {Pink thingy}, I cant click on it. I watch others appear and disappear on it.
Do you have the cloak equipped? If so and its not working i would say relog and try again.
Edit: i think it has to have the first upgrade too? I could be wrong though.
I have tried a few times, in the support section there are a few experiencing the same issue. Some said it was related to a buff, but I don’t have the buff. Disabled all addons, relog…its a bummer

Hopefully it gets fixed for you and everyone else soon then. Sucks that people are being gated even more behind bugs.
Hey, I ran into this too, but only on one of my three characters:
You have to upgrade/talent your cloak first.
Talk to the guy who gave it to you, there’s a single talent to spend.
Once you do that, you may Phase Dive.
I have done the skip on several alts, they all must do the same thing.

Did you complete the quest from the NPC next to Hashim? It’s like 6 steps, a phase diving tutorial basically.
It’s quite buggy and doesn’t give credit like it should. I was in the same boat as you for like 3h on Tuesday before it finally decided to work.

Lol nah, sounds like a bug then.
If you didn’t talk to the guy with the purple ! Over his head, there’s a good chance you may not have it unlocked
Found a workaround: killed my character with fall damage in K’aresh. Upon revival, I could use the phase conduit to successfully enter phase diving.
This is after attempting: relogging, abandoning quests, equipping/unequipping reshii wraps, destroying and reacquiring reshii wraps, and changing zones. Hope this helps

OMGGGG TYSM, i’ve been trying to get in for almost an hour, all the usual fixes didnt work it was driving me crazy
Just figured out that if you get your reishi wraps doing the storyline quest, you haven’t completed the right quest. Go back to the Oasis and find Shad’anis there, he will give you the quest 'Another World '. Fly to the overlook and turn in, then follow the quest line and you’re all set.
I have experienced the same thing today, I cannot phase even I have the clock equipped
