I am trying to finish up the achievements I need for “A World Awoken”. The achievement I am stuck on and have spent hours searching for a solution is “Who’s A Good Boy?”. This is where you have to pet all the dogs in Ohn’ahran Plains. I am stuck on Taivan. It seems that I have done too much of the quests and he is sitting in front of The Nokhud Offensive and has NO pet option. I have tried to /pet him and don’t get credit. I have looked for him laying down over on the side but he is not there. Anyone know what I can do to get this off my list?
You need to complete his entire questline to be able to pet him, so look for your Sojourner of Ohn’arharan Plains achievement and make sure that ‘Taivan’s Purpose’ is marked as complete, as well as the main campaign quest for the zone.

The quest tracker tool shows “Incomplete” for a few of the quests from Helper Selbekh concerning Taivan. Granted, the tracker tool could be wrong, but maybe you missed something along the way, or it was completed on another character and didn’t grant the proper completion flag.
