Can't open Veiled Satchel of Cooperation

Not sure if this is bug or not, can’t open the reward from dungeon “Veiled Satchel of Cooperation”

Just wanted to share, not sure if right area.

Same issue here. Received at lvl 52 after first dungeon group.

Also have this issue as i hit level 54 finishing a dungeon

Same here, just finished The Necrotic Wake, got one and… “You can’t use that item”.

same here. I tried opening it after I left the dungeon, while I was in the group and when I was not. Also logged out and back in to see if that fixed it.

Same here. Cannot open my veiled satchel of cooperation.

Same issue. “I can’t use that”. Honestly a very smooth expac, till now. This one seems like a no brainer.

I am also experiencing this issue after healing in a dungeon.

I am unable to open mine too but the third one i got after reaching level 54 I was able to open for some reason.

Can confirm I wasn’t able to open mine after doing the Call to Arms for healing a dungeon.
