Every time I do the Anima conductor quest in the crypt of the forgotten, I can not mount after leaving the area until i /reload or reload the game.

I have the same issue! 
Have you tried right-clicking the buff that you get after looting Greed’s Desire? Previously, it was a debuff that lasted a minute, but now it is a buff that you can right-click to take off. That “buff” is what is preventing you from mounting.

It use to be a debuff that you couldn’t shake off until it expired 1 minute later. Now it’s a buff that you can cancel right after you collect the chest that despawns the path and lets you mount again.
