Can't mog the new T2 on this toon

My mog cost is low for this toon so was eagerly anticipating mogging the new warrior T2 (currently wearing old T2). It makes the zapping noise when I press the mog button, but no mog happens. It doesn’t charge me, thank goodness, but still, no mog.

I know I’m just complaining about new T2, but I also can’t mog at all on this toon. I just tried mogging to a few new sets and can’t mog any of them.

I suspect it’s got a level requirement, but T-mog forums might know better.

That would suck, since I was able to mog back in Legion. Posted in the xmog forum.

I had that issue too with my 73 Warlock.

I ended up mogging to something else, even the weapon. Then mogged again to the T2 set.
