Wild Mine cart Ride quest is bug, we cant get the completion of the quest. We cant continue and complete the Goblin story mode. We are stuck there and cant do anything with Goblin. I sent a bug request a week ago. Please make the correction, do your job!

Although it’s good to submit a bug report (both in-game and using this forum), neither will get you personal attention to fix your character’s immediate predicament. There’s no connection between bug reports and the Game Masters fixing your character.
For that, you need to submit a ticket. https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow/197/468
Select “Stuck on quest” and (using the Web Ticket option) explain which toon, what realm, and how the character is stuck.
There may be one other thing you try before getting into the (very long) queue for GM assistance. WowHead has this very recent comment on the quest:
In other words, trudge your character back up the tracks and do the cart ride again. As long as this takes, it’s still probably faster than however long a GM takes to get to your ticket.

Doesn’t work either. It’s a short ride and I’ve ridden the cart many times now, and it just will not trigger the end point activation of making a character want to speak to you.
Alright. That’s a shame. That leaves the GM ticket.
GM responded within 24 hours and was friendly. problems solved.
