Can't mail to that server?

If we share with so many servers, why can’t we mail to them?

are you adding the server after the persons name?

I try but I can only send/receive to/from BT and Shadowsong.

You can mail bind on account things to other characters on your account to other servers, but normal things only between our two

I find it very annoying and dumb that we share servers but can’t mail. Ridiculous.
