Trying to complete the quest “The Fabulous Miss Fanny” - I was able to loot the extra spicy tofu twice, but have been unable to loot it a 3rd time. I abandoned the quest, reloaded my UI, restarted the game, all to no avail.
The other to items were inconsistent to loot, but I was able to get them much easier.
