Can't login to characters that are in Argus

Error code 9216223E-BB19-4053-8A4A-D2348C9199C6

I have a bunch of alts that are logged out in Antoran Waste and they cannot log in. I have tried disabling all addons but it still doesn’t allow me to log in.

ACCESS_VIOLATION - The instruction at “0x00007ff69a748ae1” referenced memory at “0x0000000000000010”.
The memory could not be “written”.

I’ve also verified that the bug is isolated to Argus in general by teleporting to Argus on one of my alts. It causes a game crash.

Can confirm - this is happening to me too. I can log into other toons OK. I took a toon to dalaran then tried to use the teleporter to antorus and got the same issue. Also tried disabling all addons with no help.

Same same.

At least it saves me the anguish of deciding whether to do any Army of Light dailies which would theoretically earn me a paragon chest but no communication yet whether they fixed the bug that yeeted those.

[edit] I didn’t realise it would actually trap my character there (it is considered in Krokuun now so trying to log in to it just crashes again). So awesome, can’t log into my main now.

I have the same problem. I tried the unstuck service on the character, and it didn’t work.

Yeah I’ve got the same bug too. The only character that crashes is the one trying to load into Krokuun.

Came here to say this exact same thing! I now have 2 characters stuck on Argus that I cannot access. I hope they fix this as soon as possible.

I was about to do this on another character but you made the sacrifice for us all…

My main being stuck in the Wastes on the first day of the season is… not great.

Sad, I have the same problem, and worse, it’s my main, and I think they will take a long time to fix it. :frowning:

I submitted a bug report and asked them to move my characters out of the zone but we will see how it goes.

OH THANK GOD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS. Right now I can’t log into my main. Every other character I can. Was going to Argus to do the raid…

In case anyone was curious, no, using the Faction Change won’t fix it, as it won’t let you select the stuck character.

Anyone know a way to teleport your character to the hearthstone location? Unstuck used to do this but now it just teleports to the nearest graveyard?

yeah - unstuck now takes you to the nearest graveyard… which doesn’t help. I thought I remembered being taken to your hearthstone location! I have a ticket, and have received the standard AI GM response, have replied back requesting to be hearthed or sent to org\stormwind. Will keep you updated.

Same issue, travelling from Dalaran to Vindicaar. Stuck character service takes me to Krokuun, same problem. Multiple computers, so definitely server side.
