Can't login to character; "character already exists with that name" error

So I can’t login to this character. It gives me an error that says “Character with that name already exists”.

Not sure whether to post this in the bug section or technical support but I’ll just leave this here just in case.

Same, hs to Valdraken and it was the end :frowning:

And now all my characters are stuck. This one’s stuck on a loading screen and won’t let me login and the others I can login to but are stuck where they are in-game.

They aren’t able to portal anywhere. :S

I’m getting this error too.

My other alt is stuck in a dungeon (Waycrest Manor) and it won’t let me teleport her out anywhere. :thinking: :face_with_monocle:

My mum is getting the same error message as you originally got on her account (timerunner character), and I’m simply getting disconnected the minute I try to log into any of my characters. Good thing I still have work to do today ig?
