im getting “character with that name already exists!” and it wont let me log in. wheres my refund? lol i kid i kid. but seriously cant log in.

Mine is incompatible as well and if you enter it disconnects you.

Log out, make sure you patched.

Do a ctrl + alt + delete and get that task manager opened. Chances are, WoW is still running in a ghost client and is preventing the update.

I think your password may be incompatible with your username. It’s happened to the best of us.

I’m getting the same, no ghost client running. closed and reopened, etc… still no update and incompatible

EDIT: mine says its version 10.0.2.46924 for those that have a working version, whats your value?

ctrl-alt-del did not work- there wasn’t another client running.

Tried everything. Nothing worked.

When in doubt: reboot!

This seems to have fixed it, I’m installing an update now.
