Can't log into my rogue

The character is Mathianas-Emerald Dream.

I was able to log into any another character just fine, but I tried to log into Mathi twice (now three times) and it crashed to desktop saying there was an error. Something about unable to read memory.

I tried doing Stuck Character and it failed the first time, but succeeded the second time; even though the character has been moved, I still can’t log into that character.
This is the error code the popup gives me:

I feel I should note that I was on that toon this morning before maintenance, and I haven’t had this issue in a really long time.

I did try doing that, before I posted. I said so in the OP, it didn’t help :frowning:

I see the note about the service in the edit.

You’ll want to open a ticket and have a GM relocate the character.

I’ve been moving since this happened and just had the opportunity to update, but yes, I did do that and the GM did fix it.

How do I close this thread? The problem is solved, thank you
