I see many others with this issue, but no fix. I called ISP(Verizon) and it’s not an issue on their end. Restarted ONT/router, etc. I can use wifi for all other things work/home. I can’t play wow with just my phone data. I was able to play literally yesterday before it crashed in Hallowfall at the event location.
If you can connect on the hot spot but not the home network. The issue is either your home network or with your ISP. You can try a VPN to eliminate a issue with your home wifi setup. is there anyway you can try a wired connection

My laptop can’t take a wired connection so I’ll have to call ISP again tomorrow.
