Just tried logging in, popped back to char selection saying “A character with that name already exists.”

yes me too. It hangs on the loading screen right at the end…

Bodes well for the prepatch. This is what? The third time in a week or two for this same sort of issue?

Been happening for weeks now where one day of the week just has this issue for like an hour.

Yeah, the usual … players already playing can’t log out, Alt-f4 and restart and can’t log in, restart Battle.net and try to log in, get told this player name already in use and you can’t change realms.

Usually gets fixed fairly quickly but in meantime sucks.

I just posted same thing. SUPER SLOW to log in, and even if I can, the game totally freezes. Half the time I get an error and servers not available.

I can’t either. “sniff” I need to finish this quest chain!!! lol

I feel like things are gonna start breaking more around this time.

Expansion’s in roughly a month.

Pre-patch is tomorrow.

It’s gonna get wonky.

It has been at about the same time each time it happens I think, which makes me think they are adding in some things for the prepatch, prepatch event, and TWW launch thinking it won’t break things but it does break things.
