It seems to be only happening to characters in Valdrakken in Tichondrius, I think it kinda makes sense why people are frustrated to not be able to play their characters while others are able to do as they please.
The game is kinda half baked anymore.

Yeah, all my characters on Tich that are in Valdrakken are unplayable.
