Started lagging, got dc’d and now can’t log back in

same here. still trying to log in or an update from Blizz on what’s going on
same been like this for the past 30 mins
Disconnected about 30 minutes ago, been getting world server down and now its just straight up down.
Thought it was on my end but even after resetting my modem it seems all of my friends list is knocked out of the game too. Kinda odd timing after some people got banned that this happens, wonder if its a rage ddos.

Same here. Took me 20 minutes to log in to bnet, and I still have no friends list and can’t launch any blizzard game through the app. Something seems to be very broken.
Pretty much the same issue. Everything froze like I was running in place. The lag never seemed to resolve itself and I had to task manager out of the game. Then when trying to log into battle.net it said something about my Battle.net Update Agent being asleep. I did get everything to come back and get the character list but upon trying to log in I just got DCed again after a nice long wait on the blue loading bar. Something is definitely wrong.
Something might be wrong with ISPs, the Bnet app works fine on my phone if i take it off my home network and use my phone data.
I am on Home telecom if anyone else is on a similar ISP and can report back.

Same, not able to log into Bnet on my phone or on my PC
I was able to start up and log into WoW by starting the .exe the old school way(Not through the bnet app)
After that you can enter your info and login. It’s been fine for me so far however I still can not do ANYTHING with the bnet app at all . I also can’t launch any game that requires the bnet app to work(hearthstone) as an example.
same, eventually got into game again and had 1000+ ping home and world. though couldn’t load up the .exe itself without battle.net launching, but that launched
yeah i had 10k ms home and world when i got in just now. exited game and still having original issue.
We have HTC. Bypassed battle.net and got in but still lagging.
I have ftc myself and getting choppy connection I have no idea what is going on.
I’ve got liveoak fiber and am having the same issue. My guess would be a hop we all have in common is having issues
so might not be isp, maybe some kind of authentication error?
Yeah, I am having no in game issues but Bnet and some blizzard site functions are just not working. So a hop we share might indeed be the issue here.
i dont know much about technical issues. would there be a fix for this? or would we have to wait on blizzard to fix it?
This is sounding like a blizzard/ISP issue they will need to fix… However before they can fix it we would need to figure out exactly what is going on and report it.
However that is also assuming we are all suffering from the same problem which I can’t be sure we are.
I tried this, and it did not work. hopefully this gets fixed quickly. the game not working the night before the season launch does not feel good
