I can get into wow but when i go to add a subscription for my main account it come up with a We couldn’t load that screen error code BLZBNTBNA000003E8. Have tried everything as stated on the support page but keeps coming back to the reload screen

I get the same error code too - BLZBNTBNA000003E8
When I click the “Open in browser” button it gives me
“This page isn’t responding, us.battle.net redirected you too many times. Try clear your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
A friend of mine have no problem getting redirected to the page requested.
Same issue here for the last 3-4 hours.
Funny, you’d think they’d have subscription and shop issues fixed in milliseconds.

Thank you all for reporting this issue. This specific error code can typically be resolved by deleting the Battle.net App cache to remove any outdated/damaged files.
The error can also occur if your Battle.net App isn’t fully updated. I tested this on my end with an updated Battle.net App, and was able to access the WoW Subscription page as normal, so if you’re still seeing this error after deleting the Battle.net App’s cache, make sure your App is updated by clicking the Battle.net Logo in the top-left.
Hopefully, that does the trick. Let us know if you continue to see the error, or a different error. Cheers!
done the above & restarted… same issue & same error
Tried this step and I’m still getting this error. And not just in World of Warcraft client or the Battle.net app - I’m getting it on browsers as well, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. (And Firefox on mobile for good measure on an entirely separate mobile network than my home Internet). On browsers the error thrown is as follows:

[battle net] redirected you too many times.

This doesn’t happen when the region is set to Europe, Taiwan or Korea, only US. However, US is where I play and where I’m trying to buy.
(Edit: In case it needed to be said, I did clear cookies. I also tried resetting DNS, changing DNS provider altogether, restarting my router, restarting my PC, connecting via VPN, no dice anywhere. Picked an unfortunate day to decide to try WoW again, it seems.)
I’m getting the error through the Battle.net app and multiple browsers on my PC and phone so it can’t just be the app.
I’ve done the same and nothing helped so I gave up.

Thank you all for giving those previous steps a shot, though I’m sorry to hear the error is still occurring. Can you temporarily test an alternate network such as a mobile hotspot or VPN? This will help us quickly determine whether the issues is network-related, since these reports appear to be coming from the Oceanic and Asia regions.
We are having same issue from Sweden.
Tested diff networks and its not working.
Have the same issue in Brasil.
Can’t connect to battle net shop, cant renew subscription or buy transfer.
