Im from latam and have the same problem… Tried reinstalling too and nothing
it definitely seems to be caused by some addons. Have not been able to pinpoint which one though.
Just out of curiosity, is everyone playing WoW Remix on a system that meets the system specifications for WoW: Dragonflight? Because you’re playing MoP content on the same structure as the live retail game, which isn’t the case when playing Classic WoW versions that use a separate install.
I think I’ve narrowed down the problem to loading too many out of date addons. It seems like if I check the out of date list, disabling any of them even of vastly differing types allows one to load in properly.
For me disabling the addon “Better Wardrobe” seems to have fixed the issue.
So I guess the first place to start is disabling any addons that try to modify the transmog system (MogIt, Better Wardrobe, etc)
This fixed it for me as well. I tried all of the solutions above and this is what fixed it. Thank you so much. Was really frustrating to load the game 10 times before being able to play.

I didn’t have any of the addons mentioned but disabling MogIt cleared it up for me.
Can confirmed disabling the transmog addons works (I use Mogit and Better Wardrobe.
My shaman has that. The only difference between him and my accessible Remix characters is that he has mail. I know we can’t have mail, but it’s from the postmaster, he missed a gem drop.
Well, to confirm my worst fears, I saw that the same had happened to my pally in remix, and she also froze. You can’t delete the mail because the gems are undeletable, and you can’t anyway because they can’t unfreeze long enough to delete mail.
The good news is, while I was typing this, I apparently gave the game enough time to recover, and my pally at least is now logged in.
Still annoying.
Edit: Removing MogIt fixed it for me, too! I’ve disabled it on all of my remix toons!
