The Dalaran Alchemy Station required to make rank-1 Legion alchemy recipes no longer works. As of 10.0, I’m guessing because of the new profession window, the game does not seem to recognize that you are using an alchemy station when you stand next to it and right click it. There is no way to make rank-1 Legion alchemy recipes right now.

This seems to be working today. I was able to craft rank-1 potions by the Dalaran Alchemy Station this evening and complete the “Get Your Mix On” quest without issue.
