Can't left click on player frame or raid frame to target

I am having trouble with one single character. I can’t left click on my player frame or raid frame to bring up the targeting option. I’ve tried disabling all of my addons and it still doesn’t work. I also tried to delete my WTF and Cache folders. It’s only affecting my one character (paladin) . I’m lost on how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it’s only one character it maybe a sign of a stuck Cvar command I recommend the following troubleshooting:

1. Log out and Reset your UI https://battle.net/support/article/7549
2. Log into a character who is not having problems
3. Log into the broken character and type each of these commands into chat, then log out safely - if you DC or the client crashes, repeat this step.
   /console synchronizeConfig 0
   /console synchronizeSettings 0
4. Navigate to the folder for the character who is not having problems:
   \World of Warcraft\Retail\WTF\Account\YOURACCOUNTNAME\SERVERNAME\CHARACTERNAME
5. Right click>copy the "config-cache.wtf " file
6. Navigate to the folder for the character who is having problems
7. Delete this character’s "config-cache.wtf " file
8. Right click>paste the new file
9. Log into the broken character and type each of these commands into chat, then log out safely - if you DC or the client crashes, repeat this step:
   /console synchronizeConfig 1
   /console synchronizeSettings 1

I did everything you said and it still isn’t working.
