For whatever reason, I cannot learn Journeyman Tailoring from a tailor. My tailoring is level 75 and is maxed out. I need help being able to continue the profession.

Yes, I am. Went to both Stormwind and Ironforge trying to learn the next up.
i was able to train yesterday in stormwind.
did you check the info in the link provided?
the person you need to speak to in stormwind isn’t in the same building as the first trainer.
I found another tailor in Stormwind, around the corner. Name is Sellandus. He gave me journeyman training.
