Anyone else having this issue? I have been taming the level 60 Plagued Swine, but can’t learn charge rank 6. I have used the boar for a few hours and nothing. I have also noticed, that in the Beast Training tab, I can teach it Rank 5 if I get enough points. The boar has Rank 6 on its hot bar, but if I train it Rank 5, its loses its rank 6.

Tame boar -(teach boar growl)- Keep boar very happy-Use ability you want to learn aka go kill stuff.
Works consistently for me.

You should be able to go to a very low level area and have the boar charge-kill everything over and over. Basically every time the boar uses charge you have a chance to learn it. Keep him well fed and rinse and repeat.

Also noticed that back in the day it was bugged… it could be it’s bugged in Classic too… here is a comment from the wowhead page on this beast…
"These neutral, level 60 piggies are found near Terrordale in EPL. Their skin looks like the undead boars from RFD (skull face, grey color, ribs showing). Their primary purpose to to give players a good, high level pet, and to add the Charge 6 skill to the game. (Just be aware that getting one friendly will take forever since they start at such a high level)
Currently they are bugged. You can’t learn Charge 6 from them as for now to teach to your other boars."

Learning high rank moves takes a long time. Make sure you’re killing yellow mobs… that seems to make it go faster.
Don’t overwrite moves! Keep it up and you eventually will learn Rank 6.
Been killing 55+ mobs, just not getting that skilled learned. I have been learning pet skills for my pet while leveling with no problems. Has anyone here learned Boar Charge rank 6?
Anyone able to confirm that they have been able to learn rank 6 from those boars to give it to another boar? Or is it still glitched and only that boar model can have it?
Learning pet abilities is completely RNG so it could take a while, but the good news is its triggered any time your pet attacks a new mob, just run around a low level area and keep spamming /petattack and you’ll get it faster.
So you definitely have learned Charge 6 to put on another boar then?
I was having issues learning new pet moves recently. I eventually learned the move I was trying for, when I manually told my pet to use the ability instead of letting the pet automatically use it, but its probably just a coincidence that I hadn’t learned it from fighting mobs prior to that. Probably just RNG being RNG. As for the specific ability listed in this thread, I’m afraid I can’t confirm nor deny that its bugged. Sorry. 
I see nobody confirmed they’d learned Charge 6. I am having trouble learning it, too. I have read all of the notations from vanilla @ wowhead. I’ve tried manually using the ability along with turning off the other abilities (growl, etc). I have killed high level mobs exclusively using this level 60 plagued swine, and have killed literally hundreds of mobs. Still have not learned the ability. I wonder if you (Liet) or anyone else can CONFIRM that their hunter was able to learn charge 6.
