Can't Have These - World Quest - No artifacts

Currently the artifacts needed for the world quest “Can’t Have These” in the Span, are not spawning.

I manage to pick up 4/5 artifacts but it’s not letting me pick up the 5th one (it should be at around 12.77, 41.88 but it’s not there).

Also posted about this same issue I’ve tried reloading and exiting the game and logging back in, no change.

Can confirm, this is bugged I’m stucked at 2/5

Confirmed bug, I’m stuck at 4/5, locator will only go to one more spot but the item will not spawn.

Still nothing. No artifacts spawning as of 12/8 2AM CST

I figured out that if you look up where the actual 5 items spawn and go to those spots THEN use the locator, they appear even though the ping wants to lead you elsewhere. Was able to find my last one and complete it. Hope this helps!

Thanks. They spawned in with about 4hrs left to complete the quest yesterday. Was finally able to get it done.
