Trying to get my 120 Vulpera Warriors Class Hall mount, I finished A Hero’s Weapon, and went to Odyn to grab Recruitment Drive, but it wasn’t there. I went to Helheim, did the questline in there, and even did all of the Stormheim quests in hopes that would unlock it.
But Odyn still won’t give me the quest. Any help?
Edit: In case anyone finds this, looking for the answer, it was I had to go to the Broken Shore, grab the Champions of Legionfall quest, and then I was able to get Recruitment Drive.
