I’m a lvl 80 with a new main, I never unlocked the boat to Zandalar with this toon and it can’t be done anymore. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get to Zandalar from undermine?

Do you have the portal to Zuldazar in Orgrimar?
If the blimp at the Durotar harbour isn’t turning up, that’s the only way I can think of short of bribing a mage/lock to port you there, or via the Engineering wormhole.

If I recall correctly, it’s just part of the main campaign that gets you there. I only play Alliance sporadically, so difficult to remember.
One of the campaign quests gives you a rocket transport from undermine to zandalar for the kaja-coast area.
