I faction changed this guy a long time ago, and now I’m trying to get to Zandalar but can’t.
There are no pre-requisite quests to get Greymane to talk and nobody from the 7th Legion will talk to me at all.
I have no footholds as I cannot do the quests.
If anyone knows a way around this please post. Thanks.

If not, you may have to put in a ticket. I can’t find much else on the matter, because everything says you need to do the quests, but it sounds like you can’t do the quest.
Also, have you checked the Hero’s Call board?
You may have to do the intro quest for Kul’Tiras.
I believe there should be a knight standing next to the hero board by the main AH in the trade district or the one in The Dwarf district.
He will give you a quest to talk to Anduin, which has been moved from the main throne to one of the side rooms off the main hall before you get to the throne.

Made it as far as Magi and Silithus. There is no portal like he says.
Also it says return to Naja’tar, but I have NO clue how to get there. No portal or anything.
Don’t you have to open the war campaign first? I think you may need to be higher than lvl 10 to get to other factions bfa zones. Idk. Could be wrong.
I beleive this is for a max level toon. It was the same thing during BFA. I swapped factions a couple times and each time I had to do the intro quest again.

Ahh I didn’t notice that. I’m not sure when the level thing for BFA is because I found BFA leveling awful.
I avoid BfA until after turning 50. My feeling is that you have to complete a fair amount of questing (or maybe levels) to open up the other faction’s territory.
Every hero’s call board should have a guy with a quest at it who wants to send you there.
Oh, I totally missed his level. LOL I’m confused as to why he needs to get to Zandalar now. At level 10. o.o
You gotta unlock the war table I think it is. And I don’t remember when thag unlocks. For some reason I wanna say level 35. That’ll get you too zandalar. But you’ll have to select that warfront. Again not sure the level but you need the war table unlocked. It’s what you use the resources on you get out of chests.
Also if you completed the war campaign with the character on the horde side you’ll need to make a fresh toon to access the alliance side
They pruned a lot of it. Think the only thing you have to do is the gather 100 resources quest to get your first foothold quest.
It has been a bit since I have done it so I may be forgetting one or two quests.
