Cant get to Isle of Thunder

SO Vereesa Windrunner has a greyed out quest, when clicking on her nothing shows up. I believe its suppose to give you the option to fly to the Isle then open a portal to jump back there. I reported this as an issue with a quest but it might be a bug.

Nothing shows up for me when I click on her. Going to the Seven Stars doesn’t prompt the correct quest either. Asking the lady who gives the quest and she doesnt have that one.

I have no idea if its a quest chain effected by Chromie Time or a bug. Ive tried quitting quests, doing some others, taking off all addons all the simple stuff.

a greyed out “!” means the character is too low level for the quest

some quests still have a minimum requirement.

if the character is below level 32, it seems it would be intended that you can’t access the quest.
