Can't get to Dorn - Portal missing on Alt

I’ve been there and hit 80 on a few classes since coming back a few weeks ago, and then I decided to level my PLD(this char) next. I skipped the intro, then came back to Org after realizing I was still 2 levels below 70. Thought I’d just timewalk and kill some rares to hit 70 real quick, but I can’t timewalk AND the portal to Dorn is gone. Also, going to Silithus didn’t help either. No one there will send me to Dorn.

How do I get back…? Anyone know why the portal isn’t there? Relogging fixed nothing.

Edit: I started this thread in ‘Returning Player’, but I’m in General apparently? Does it default to ‘General’ regardless of where you are and have to use the pull-down menu to pick another forum?

Doesn’t the quest start at 70?

I just did it, but maybe that’s a recent change?. I swear I did Shadowlands when I was 2 levels below as well, but again, that might be something they add later in expansions.
