Edit/answer: Couldn’t get through because I was timewalking lol.
I’m just trying to farm gear for a mog but I can’t get through the waterfall right before the raid entrance. Is there a quest I need to do in order to get by?
I watched a video on how to get to the raid and the guy got through no problem.
