I am having trouble completing the Ready for War Quest because the Breaking Kul Tiran Will won’t start for me. I tried speaking with Nathanos multiple times when hitting level 50, but no quest pops up. Is there some requirement that I am missing? I completed Drustvar, Tiragrande & Stromsong already. Not sure what else am I missing.
Please let me know if anyone has any general idea.
