Can't get @player or @cursor to work with Ravager

I’ve been trying to make it where I don’t have to press and click with Ravager. But every macro I’ve tried still behaves the same way.

/cast [@player] Ravager

#showtooltip Ravager
/cast [@Malcvii] Ravager

/cast [@self] Ravager

#showtooltip Ravager
/cast [@cursor] Ravager

All do the same thing as not having a macro at all. I still have to press Ravager and click the ground.

You need to clarify if you tried with addons disabled. I use default UI and had no issues as Prot.

If you’re playing Arms, try typing Bladestorm instead. Even though the talent changes the ability name, you don’t always need to have a separate name for the ability. Modifiers are not separate abilities. However, Prot Ravager is not a modifier to Bladestorm, so it needs a separate name.

Thanks, I figured it out. I am running the base UI, but I had the exact same macro listed twice in my macro book but only once on my bar. I was editing the wrong macro.
