Is there some special quest to do in the Ruby Dragonshrine to unlock the drake? I’ve done every quest up there, and the trainer wants me to glide through the rings to start but no drake.
I had a brief delay on my Hunter but after 15 minutes of so the drake appeared in my backpack. It’s been hours and hours for my warrior and no one talks on chat so I can’t get an answer there.
Please help.
The drake is in your inventory, you have to learn it like you would a mount that you looted from a chest or boss.

Can you do it as a dracthyr? Without the drake? Just curious.
Because it is your second character the drake will not appear in your backpack, it is already in your mount collection.

As they said, you first have to learn it like you would any other mount, then it gets added to your mount collection where you can summon it on other characters.
