Cant get my mount for becoming a lvl20..now lvl 25 please help

im a blood elf mage, cant get my traaing for me=y mount…what can I do

Go to Silvermoon, outside of the city is the Livery, it is to the right side of the front gates. You will find Perascamin, you learn riding from him, and buy the mount outside of where he is.

I already did that…says I need ground traing first…didn’t receive anything for this…

You have to buy the mount. Only Warlocks and Paladins get free mounts.

You have to talk to him again, and the window pops up for you to buy riding.

All I can really do is try to spell this out as plainly as possible, since Malochai pretty much covered it already.

  1. East of Silvermoon City is ‘Thuron’s Livery’. You’ll hit it if you follow the road right outside Silvermoon to the east. White & Red Gazibo lookin’ building with red curtains hanging at the entrance and a bunch of hawkstriders outside.

  2. Go inside of it. Right click Perascamin, the male blood elf . Purchase “Apprentice Riding” from him by clicking it and then clicking “Train” in that same window. It costs 3 gold and 80 silver, so make sure you have at least that much. Questing SHOULD have given you enough to cover it.

  3. If you still need the mount itself, head back outside now. Right next to the building is a bunch of Hawkstriders standing around a female blood elf NPC named Winaestra . Right click her and purchase one of the blue quality mounts for 95 silver. The purple quality 9 gold mounts will not be able to be learned at your level and training level. Right click the mount item in your inventory to learn it.

With both the training and the appropriate quality of mount, you should be set. Your mount list can be found by hitting ‘Shift +_ P’. You can then drag mounts to your hotbar or right click in the mount window and choose’ Mount’.

I’m starting to suspect you might have bought the higher tier of mount. What is it called? If ‘Swift’ is in the title, it’s too high for you.

Edit: I actually hopped on a temp character to look at the vendors quick when typing this. I’m on your server and a /who says you’re offline. I’m wondering if maybe you had some sort of internet issue? Sometimes you can effectively be disconnected but it’ll still let you move and use chat, but abilities won’t work and NPCs won’t talk to you. If the trainer NPC won’t talk to you, restart your game entirely to fix this.

I bought my mount cant get trained says I need to learn groung riding… I hot the quest in the ghostlands when I hit 20_ okay I will try this thanks !

Are you talking about getting flying? you cant get that till level 60

I think you’re going to the flightmaster you need to go to the area where all the ground mounts are and get ground training from him. it’s to the left when you go outside of the gates of Silvermoon there’s a building with a guy standing outside and bunch of Hawkstriders around him.

I think I know what your problem is. It sounds like you have only turned in the quest. You don’t get the riding skill just by turning in the quest. You have to buy the skill from the trainer, this can be done at any riding trainer but if you want to go back to Perascamin you can.
