Cant get legendary cloak quest

I cannot obtain the legendary cloak quest line. I do not know why. I dont know what your peoples problem is and why its gotta be so difficult all the time with you. But this is why I stopped playing for 2019 and 2018 and i came back cause corona lock down and i remembered why i quit. Thank you for the stress and headaches because your quest is so hard to follow for an item EVERYONE NEEDS. I cant even unlock the quest for some reason im just going through the game doing every quest in hopes I CAN UNLOCk IT CAUSE YOU DONT MAKE CLEAR THE CRITERIA IN YOUR GUIDE ON YOUR WEBSITE!

The Pandaren legendary cloak quest line?

That was removed when Warlords of Draenor was released.

As a part of the transition from Mists of Pandaria to Warlords of Draenor, we’ll be making some changes to the Legendary Cloak quest line and ultimately closing it out as players head into the new expansion. Once the quest is fully closed, the item will no longer be attainable, and the cloak will become a symbol of the great deeds you’ve accomplished in Mists of Pandaria.

If you’re talking about the BfA cloak quest line, it starts with a popup quest to see King Anduin (if you’re Alliance) or talk to Valeera Sanguinar in the Seal in Dazar’alor (if you’re Horde).

Blizzard doesn’t do detailed walkthroughs, so there’s no point ranting about that. That’s their decision, and has been for nearly two decades. Players are supposed to figure stuff out, and fansites are where that player-generated information is collected and shared.

Did you do the quest chain to establish the base in Nazjatar? The should be what prompts it.

Keep in mind you have to unlock world quests before you can do this, which requires you to be friendly with your major factions first.

Also I see you are posting from a level 101 character. You have to be 120 before you’re able to do any of this.

Literally took me 15s to find this guide, i don’t think it’s blizzard fault

Visions of N'zoth Introduction Questline - Legendary Cloak, Horrific Visions,...

• Be friendly with 3 main rep of your faction (The 3 zone of respective faction), you get friendly like half-way through the questlines of each zone, maybe even less than that.

• Return to your faction boat, unlock World Quest

• Relog, you should then be prompted to unlock Nazjatar

• Do Nazjatar until you unlock portal back to main city

• Your next quest should be in Chamber of Heart to unlock your first Essences

• Complete the quest to unlock first essence

• Relog, you should then get the 8.3 questlines

Also you need to be level 120, is this your 2nd account? because i don’t think you have any max character.

If you show me your level 120, i might be able to pin point which quest you’re missing to unlock 8.3 content.
