I am on Quest: Essential Empowerment and it tells me to go to repaired Chamber of Heart. So I go to the entrance in Silithus (sp?) and see the blue lights shining on but it will not allow me to enter. I have tried hovering my mouse all around it and nothing.
Help! 
P.S. I also tired deleting the quest and reaccepting it to no avail.
I think you need to have the Heart of Azeroth. Do you have that?
No, but I cant get that unless I get into the Chamber of Heart, right?
There’s a storyline accompanied with it. When I looked up the quest that you are on in WoWHead, the top comment tells you where you need to start and how far you need to complete to gain access to continue.
You should’ve already received that. If not, talk to the earthen guy outside the inn in Boralus to be sent on the questline to get it. Essential Empowerment is part of the Azerite Essence unlock for 8.2, not the questline to get the Heart of Azeroth.
