Can't Get Great Riding Turtles

Hello everyone. Please excuse all my errors, this is my first time creating a post.

I recently leveled a Pandaren up to level 20 so I could get myself the Great Riding Turtle variants, but once I hit 20, the mount vendor doesn’t offer any turtles at all. Since I play Horde, I went specifically to the Horde vendor in the Valley of Honor, and they’re no mounts to be bought!

I thought that if you played that race, you were immediately exalted for reputation. Does anyone know if this is a bug or simply a game play change?

If it changes anything, I am currently playing F2P.

There’s likely a racial mount vendor in your races starting area or near the main capital. I don’t recall exactly, but I’d wager he’s in or near the Pandaran capital city
