Can't get Balance Druid artifact in pre-patch

Artifact Balance Druid questline is available at level 10 but requires the use of Solar Beam which is available only in level 26 so it’s impossible to finish the questline so far.

I’m not sure on how to proceed, is there any way to report this?

People have mentioned that if you’re under the level requirement for Solar Beam you’ll get a little side action button for the event to use to pass it.

Some also said it took dying a couple times and coming before it would show. Can neither confirm nor deny personsllt

I can confirm that the side action button shows up but it doesn’t work.

I had this same issue. You have to disable all addons then the ability will work.
