I clicked off the buff “Phase diving” and now none of the Phase Conduit’s will allow me to re enter phase diving. Restarted and reloged many times already

I am having this issue aswell, I tried relogging and taking off and on the cloak. Please let me know if you find a fix for this issue.
Equipping the Cape cleared it for me.
This bug fixed yet?
How can I contribute to Democracy if I cant Phasedive?!?!

Same issue.
I’ve taken off and deleted the cloak, got a new one and re-equipped, issue remains.
Disabled all add-ons, issue remains.
Pc/game restart, issue remains.
Completed all area side quests, issue remains.
Tested logging to alt to see if storyline skip is active, it’s not, issue remains.
Repaired game files, issue persists.
Opened a support ticket, Blizzard Support gaslit me and said it was a computer/network problem and instantly closed the ticket, issue remains.
Going to try and complete main story on alt tonight but the amount of bugs and relogging I’ve had to do has been a nightmare.

Same boat did the main quest have been able to phase dive but now can’t do it. took off cloak put back on and still not working.
My friend is having the same issue; said it started after he did the world boss. Worked fine when he logged off last night. Relogging, cape destroying and regaining, game quitting, file restore, character swap, leaving the zone…none of it works.

If you have a buff something about snowing nearby, click it off and it should now work!!

After making love to my 2 wives everything worked fine
I actually had two weather buffs. Neither of them were snowy but this is what fixed it.
Still having this issue, I don’t have any weather buffs.
I completed 3/5 of the campaign on my main and equipped the backpiece and all. I logged out and did the skip on a few alts and all was well. When I logged back in to my main to do world quests, I can no longer phase dive. It just does the animation for it and then nothing. All of my alts work fine. I opened a ticket on this and they advised me that it was one of my addons. After disabling addons, relogging and repairing my game, same issue. I tried on my wife’s wow installation and it is the same issue, just on my one toon. I replied to my case with Blizz support and they advised me to reach out to my tech support for my computer…
Yo same problem. Also how do i get the cloak on my alt after skipping the story since i completed on my main?
I also have this problem. My tickets have also not been taken seriously.
FYI you MUST be wearing the cloak (Reishii wraps) to phase dive, i was having this issue, then put the cloak on and can immediately click on them.
I totally Rubed out. I use one of my capes to port to Stormwind and forget to put the Reshii wrap back on. Thanks for help with my low forehead
