A guildy dropped the quest, and Lothos Riftwaker does not have the quest available anymore. The “Teleport me to MC” option is available, but it says the quest hasn’t been completed, so it doesn’t work. Any ideas on how to get the quest again?
Have you tried taking them into brd to get the core frag anyway ?
Its possible its glitched, but unlikely. Everytime I’ve had a guildie with an issue like this, it turns out they haven’t read thier log correctly, or aren’t at the correct step of a chainy etc etc…EVERY time.
Failing that, after trying everything out, lodge a CS ticket in game.

Tell them they have to delete their toon and need to re-level to at least 55.
