Cant get “An imps request” quest so I can start chain for soul harvester I boosted my character and got to 60 but I cant find the quest anywhere please help.

I’m having the exact same issue. I boosted my warlock to lvl 58 and couldn’t find the quest at any of the Warlock trainers all around the map. Not even “Impsy” who is the Quest Giver, has the quest.
I hope a GM will look into this as it blocks the Warlocks from having one of the best end game weapons, the “Soul Harvester”.
