I completed the Triage quest on this character and I am still at 225/225 first aid. I tried to do the quest again but the NPC says that I have learned all I can from him or something along those lines.
Please help!

just did the same, completed his quest, received the runecloth bandage reward but no Artisian cap increase.

Bump.
I’m still sitting at 225 First Aid with no way of raising it.
I literally can’t use Netherweave bandages.
Frustrating.

May want to try posting this in the Classic bug forum.
I wonder why you replied to this thread 2 months late. And i think OP might have quit anyways on that toon. OP needs to get to level 60 to learn the next level of first aid I believe.
