Can't Finish Lore Master due to Scarab Scouting Quest. How many Minutes till it's fixed?

The dirt mounds not showing up. Our only guess maybe those who accepted the WQ’s can’t see it due to the current rotation?

I didnt have the WQ for it, the mounds are gone… Last night i could see them, but couldnt interact.
