I am writing this to see if I am the only one baffled why Blizzard put legos in the middle of runs. Mine is at the end and guess what? I cannot finish it because people leave and the group never refills for me.
Put them all at the end plz?

You can finish dungeons, as there is an auto fill for group finder. You need to be patient, or form your own group to speed it up.
Hmm, every dung I have ran and had someone leaves, I was able to finish. Sounds like user error to me

Honestly, as long as the group is even decently geared, they can finish heroic dungeons with four people.
I can’t think of any heroic dungeon that is particularly difficult or demanding
Nope. Lots of people, myself included, have been complaining about this obvious problem/solution for more than a week now. It’s becoming more and more of a problem as time goes on, and Blizz really should have seen this coming.
I’m heals and I still end up with groups that can’t/won’t backfill pretty frequently. I’ve had to drop and requeue enough times that I am just gonna stop queueing at all for a while I think.
They really need to move legendary to the last boss. With Blizzard removing the once a day lock on heroics and not placing the legendary on the last boss, to many people leave once they kill that boss that does drop their legendary. If’s to easy for them to drop and requeue.
what does legos mean? recently started the game and a lot of the acronyms are incomprehensible
They are talking about the memories used for crafting legendary items. Lego = legendary.

This is true. However I’ve noticed in some dungeons, ToP for example where a ton of warriors want the second boss, you will almost certainly lose your tank on your way though. I’ve been in groups where this has happened and we sit in queue for another 30 minutes and no one shows up. I assume this is because a many tanks had queued for specific dungeon and see 2 of 5 bosses down and know the boss they want is already dead so they decline.
Then as a healer I feel bad wanting to leave the group as well because why am I going to sit in a queue for an unknown amount of time now and wait for a new tank when I could requeue and get another group? I normally wait it out a while, but it does suck and I agree with putting memories at the end for all.
Blizzard did something absolutely moronic! Call the police! Seriously this expansion so far has been the equivalent of white dog poop.
Blizzard have put killing the last boss as a requirement for so long in dungeon quests that they actually forgot why they did it.
No, I love the game and helping; my down fall I guess. 
The joke there was that your memory comes off the last boss, so you would indeed leave after looting your memory boss.
