If you’re talking about Sub rogue, then yes. Invigorating Shadowdust was trimmed with the anniversary patch. The focus was to remove their CDR reduction across the board.

Bruh check the patch notes sometimes. You were able to get to the forums to ask but the answer wouldve been answered infinitely more easily had you checked blueposts or something

Way to be salty about me suggesting someone use a more efficient method of gathering general information.
My main char is evoker, dude, last time I played my rogue in 4th season of DF, have no idea what this talent is called, can’t know everything about any class and spec in game, have too many alts.

Blizzard now focus on the 1 shot instead of CDR. Sub hit harder in kill window now. Your main is doom.

Yeah unfortunately Sub is back to square one. Which is why I think beefy Backstabs out of stealth/SD windows should make a comeback. Not sure if they revert Deepening Shadows to its original CDR because they are set on Sub being about super burst windows.
