I don’t think there’s any real wall based on server anymore aside from who you walk into in the open world when not grouped.
Rated or unrated PvP, since there are no more ‘battlegroups’ you could run into pretty much anyone from any server in your region as obviously you won’t be paired up against EU players and who you get in LFD follows the same rules.
