If you abandoned the quest, Katherine Proudmore will appear in Boralus, in front of the Grand Cathedral, and you can pick up the quest from her there (So fly to Proudmoore Keep. North of that flightmaster is a walkway, you’ll see it on your map. Follow that walkway and you’ll run right into her).
