where is the alliance npc for lfr for tier 3 garrison?
Is he not sitting in the patch of grass to the left of the entrance of your keep like he is on Tier 2? I’ve never upgraded a Garrison past 2 so I don’t know if they move him.
no he is not outside the garrison.
He is eating some soup over at my place. He likes Draenei, he said he’ll come back when you change your ways. 
In all seriousness I have no clue, I never did a tier 3. I hope you find help him.

I found him outside of the townhall. Left side facing the building, next to the jukebox.
