About a week ago I found the ‘Weather Beaten Journal’ from a debris node in Loch Modan. I used it that day and when I went to use the tracking again a couple days ago I couldn’t find the ability in my spellbook or anywhere else.
Is there somewhere I’m not looking? I’m a hunter, so the only tracking I can do at the moment is Beasts and Humanoids. I know I didn’t sell the journal because, as I said, I used it the day I found it. It’s not in my bank.

I’m pretty sure fish tracking wasn’t in Vanilla WoW. If this dropped in Classic then it was definitely a bug. If you are talking about current WoW then this should be posted in the regular bug report forum instead of the Classic bug report forum.
If this is in current WoW, you should be able to find the ability by clicking the ‘tracking’ icon up next to your minimap. It looks like a little magnifying glass. Make sure the “find fish” has a check mark next to it.

Yeah, I went to look it up to be sure. The weather beaten journal for fish tracking was added in BC. It sounds like a bug. I’m surprised I haven’t run across it as I have fished a lot of pools in Classic already though not in Loch Modan.
