It seems like she is being treated like a classic character.
I did transfer on March 28th but when I look her up I get no results found.
She was there a few days ago but now gone.
The model is a silhouette, did you transfer recently?

You probably need to log in and out with the exit button in the game (rather than crashing the game or clicking the X up in the corner), and trying logging out and back into the forums as well.
Most likely, something isn’t updating properly.
I use full screen no x and I only log out with exit game.
Posted the above reply and then thought I was on the wrong post while re-reading, as I had multiple open about the same topic. There are currently issues with the armory syncing up in general. My old characters are showing wrong transmog for the past couple weeks and new characters are all silhouettes for the same length of time. Edit: You’ll also find several website bug reports by others on the same issue if you take a look.
